After successfully closing $2M in sales in her first eight months as an agent, Aster found herself in some of the City's most notable development projects. When it launched, this 400+ unit residence building was quite the headliner. Easily a case study for developers, 365 Bond incorporated aspects of sustainable design, a premium PPSF, and offered a significant departure for the surrounding brownstone-lined streets in the Gowanus and Carroll Gardens neighborhoods of Brooklyn.

A new build situated on a relatively quiet pocket off 125th Street in Harlem, 11 Hancock featured custom luxury designs and a unique cantilever supported by a series of structural beams. As a boutique building, this project was able to provide a plush yet intimate living experience for owners. The launch was met with outstanding success.
